WHO

A Western Australian gold and base metals explorer with their flagship site in the mid-west region of WA that is in advanced stages of exploration with a view to development and mining in the short-medium term.  

WHY 

The company, whilst active on both environmental and social initiatives, wanted to understand how they could elevate their ESG strategy and communicate it more effectively.

HOW

ESG Capital undertook a gap analysis and sector review to establish best practice and identify the opportunities to create value and generate positive impact. Following this we developed and managed a stakeholder engagement project to define material topics which will be mapped to the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDG’s).  

ESG Capital will then assist in the development of the company’s inaugural sustainability report in 2022 which will provide investors, local communities and other stakeholders with sought after non-financial disclosures.
