HOW

ESG Capital conducted a desktop review of the business and its context whilst concurrently running a stakeholder engagement project. This data was presented in a report for the company leaders to review, creating awareness and informing them prior to a materiality and strategy development workshop.

Following the workshop, the ESG Capital team worked closely with the project sponsor to define the companies ESG vision, strategic priorities and a 12-month implementation plan and ensure the group can meet the expectations of its stakeholder on positive impact.
