A pre-IPO gold and base metals explorer with exploration licenses in SA & TAS.

WHY 

In preparation for its IPO, this company was eager to have a ‘Day 1’ ESG Strategy and Framework in place, including a goal of net-zero exploration.  

HOW

ESG Capital reviewed the company’s plans and timeline while considering the market segment (junior explorer) and early-stage investor and stakeholder expectations.

We also produced estimates of GHG emissions throughout the exploration phase and provided guidance on the correct procurement and use of offsets as part of a net-zero target.

In collaboration with the Board, we developed the companies ESG Approach, 4 clear year 1 goals and outlined a clear implementation plan. ESG Capital will support the company in it’s execution of these goals.
